Apart from the specific third party data use described below, this blog does not retain (except where noted below) nor share any data with any other parties. That said, the blog owner is not responsible for any unauthorized reproduction of content from this blog on other websites.

Google Products

This blog uses Google products (AdSense, Feedburner and Google Analytics, among others) to enhance content delivery. These products obtain information from your web browser for submission to Google. This may include the address of the page that you are visiting, your IP address, and data from pre-existing cookies on your browser. These products may also set cookies on your browser in order to serve future ads based on your prior visits. You may opt out of personalized advertising by setting your preferences in Google Ad Settings.

Google Analytics is used by the blog owner to understand how visitors engage with content on the site. If you do not want your browser to send any information to Google Analytics, install the Opt-Out add-on to your browser.

Email Addresses

Subscriptions to this blog are managed by MailChimp, which uses your submitted email address to send an RSS feed (produced by Feedburner) of this blog's content to you whenever a new post is published. While these email addresses are not used for any other purpose at present, the blog owner does have access to them and may use them for future communications concerning this blog. This potential use, however, explicitly excludes sharing them with any third parties not identified herein.

When visitors leave a comment or use the "Contact Me" form on the blog, they may be sharing their email addresses with the blog owner. Use of these email addresses will only be for the purpose of engaging in further correspondence with the visitors and said email addresses will only be retained by Blogger, Gmail and the blog owner for such purposes.

Direct or third party sale of PDF patterns (including free downloads) created by the blog owner are completed via transactions through external payment processors like Payhip & PayPal. With PayPal, the blog owner has access to the customer's name, email address and in some cases, physical mailing address. The email address is used by the blog owner to send a "thank you" message back to the purchaser and to fulfill shipment if the purchase is made directly from this blog. Unless the recipient responds to this message to engage in subsequent communications, the use of this data is one time only.

With Payhip transactions, the buyer's email address is collected and shared with the blog owner as a matter of course. While this data is not used in any manner at present, the blog owner may choose to contact individuals in future regarding this blog or their purchase. This potential use, however, does not include sharing with any third parties.

Affiliate Ads

This blog runs affiliate ads from Shareasale, which sets 30-day cookies on visitor browsers to track visits when ads are clicked in order to award commissions on sales.
